Born in 1964 in Lodz, Poland. Studied at the Faculty of Graphic Arts of the State Higher School of Fine Arts in Lodz in 1983-1988. Since 1987 he has been working for his alma mater, passing through all levels of the academic career. In 2015, he obtained the title of professor of fine arts. From 2008-2012, he was the Head of the Department of Painting, Drawing and Sculpture at the Faculty of Graphic Arts and Painting. He currently heads the Studio of Painting and Interdisciplinary Actions at the Institute of Painting and Drawing. Member of the Academic Council of the Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz for the term of 2021-2024. He deals with painting, graphic arts and ceramics.
