Joanna Paljocha (before 2008 a diploma and artistic activity under her maiden name Bielawska) Born in £ód¼ in 1977. In 1997-2002 she studied at the Faculty of Graphics and Painting at the Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in £ód¼. Diploma with the honourable mention in the Woodcut Techniques Studio headed by Professor Andrzej Bartczak and in the Photography and Video Image Studio headed by Professor Ireneusz Pierzgalski in 2002. In 2005-2007 postgraduate studies at Hochschule für Bildende Künste in Dresden under the guidance of Professor Peter Bommels.

Since 2012 she has been an assistant professor in the Basics of Composition Studio I headed by Professor Danuta Wieczorek at the Faculty of Graphics and Painting, the Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in £ód¼. She deals with graphic arts, painting and book illustration.

She has had a few individual exhibitions and has participated in several dozen collective exhibitions in Poland and abroad, where she presented her artwork in graphic arts, painting and drawing.
