Born in Orneta in 1949. In 1966-1972 he studied at the High School of Fine Arts in Łódź. Diploma in 1972 in the Studio of Painting headed by Prof. Stanisław Fijałkowski and in the Studio of Fabric-art headed by Prof. Janina Pierzgalska. At present he is the head of the Studio of Drawing at the Faculty of Graphic Art at the Academy of Fine Arts & Design in Łódź. Pursues painting, graphic and drawing.
