Born in Gorzkowice on 5th May, 1947. In 1968 he graduated from the State Secondary School of Fine Arts in Łódź (Państwowe Liceum Sztuk Plastycznych). In 1968-1974 he studied at the State High School of Fine Arts in Łódź at the Departement of Graphics and Painting. In 1974 he got a diploma in the Studio of Graphics headed by Professor Leszek Rózga. In 1975-1983 he was an Assistant Professor in the Studio of Woodcut Techniques in the same school. In 1980 he co-founded an artistic group Correspondance des Arts (an artistic book). He pursues graphics, computer design and painting.
