Born in Łódź in 1971. He studied at the Faculty of Graphic Arts and Painting at the Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź. He graduated in 1998 from the Intaglio Techniques Studio run by Professor Andrzej Kabała and from the Painting Studio run by Professor Juliusz Narzyński. Since 2003 he was an assistant, and since 2013 he has been an assistant professor at the Drawing Studio run by Professor Zbigniew Purczyński at the Faculty of Graphic Arts and Painting of his alma mater. In 2012, he obtained his Doctor of Arts degree in the field of fine arts. Since 2016, he has been a teaching staff member at the newly established Faculty of Painting and Drawing (since 2019 the Institute of Painting and Drawing at the Faculty of Fine Arts). He runs the Progressive Drawing Studio. He deals with drawing, graphic arts and easel painting. He has had a number of individual and group exhibitions in Poland and abroad.
