Born in Łódź in 1950. He graduated from the High School of Fine Arts in Łódź (at present Władysław Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts). He studied in the studio headed by Professor Stanisław Fijałkowski and in the studio headed by Professor Andrzej Marian Bartczak. Diploma in 1976 at the Faculty of Graphic Art in the Studio of Woodcut headed by Professor Andrzej Marian Bartczak. He is concerned with graphic art, painting and sculpture.
